Je-an is pleased to offer The Ron Fletcher Program of Study Overview Program, Fletcher Pilates® Teasers, Fletcher Pilates® ABC Course and 1-day Licensing in the Fletcher Towewelwork®, Fletcher Spine Corrector Work™, Fletcher Floorwork®, Fletcher Barrework™ and Fletcher Pilates® Matwork.

Program Overview:
This program is a preparatory course designed to provide a complete overview of the beginning to intermediate Fletcher Pilates® syllabus. Based on Ron Fletcher's philosophy of “knowing movement in the body,” the program Overview encourages experiencing each piece of movement to the point of competency before learning to teach it. Structured as a 30-hour program, generally taught in 3 to 6 hour sessions, our program Overview is the most efficient and affordable preparation for our Comprehensive Program.

Licensing Course:
We are pleased to offer, under Ron Fletcher's direction, a variety of Licensing Courses that each focus on a specific aspect of Fletcher Pilates®. These courses are primarily designed to license comprehensively trained teachers from other Pilates lineage and schools in the Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Spine Corrector Work™, Fletcher Floorwork®, Fletcher Barrework™, and Fletcher Pilates® Matwork. Our courses also provide an excellent continuing education opportunity for Fletcher Pilates teachers and advanced students- as well as movement therapists from other disciplines.

Fletcher Pilates® Teasers:
Our teasers provide the perfect introduction to the Fletcher lineage of the Pilates method. Each of these 90 minute mini-workshops begin with an introduction to both the Fletcher Percussive Breath technique and the Seven Cues for Standing and Centering™. This is followed by a complete movement class as well as time for questions and information about upcoming Fletcher Pilates® continuing opportunities and programs. Fletcher Pilates® Teasers provide and exhilarating introduction to this unique body of work.

Registration Information:

Registration for One Course: US$250
Registration for Two Courses: US$450 (Registrations less than one month prior to Course start date - $500)
Note: ABCs Course is a pre-requisite to all Fletcher Licensing Courses.
Registration closes 2 weeks before course start date.
